How do I join QID?
To join QID, visit our home page and click the Register button where you will be asked for your professional email. Once you have entered your email, we will then ask for some additional information related to your profession to help in our verification process. If at any point during the verification process you have questions, please contact our team at support@qid.io and we will be happy to assist.
How do I become a verified member of QID?
We verify all of our members to make sure they are a Canadian or American licensed pharmacist or pharmacy student. When you register for an account on QID, you fill out a short registration form which asks for your full name, your institutional email address, the location of your license, and other verification questions. Our team will use this information to look up your license in a publicly available database.
If you are a student, you will be asked to submit your name, school, institutional email address, and expected date of graduation. Any information submitted for verification remains private and is only used by our verification team.

Is QID a secure platform?
QID is a trusted, secure platform with a foundation that follows or surpasses technical best practices. Our platform follows industry-standard processes, including HIPAA, PIPEDA, and ISO 27001 compliance.
Why does QID ask for my phone number?
We request phone numbers as a part of our verification process to help in the event we require more information to verify your registration. We also have an optional notification system that can be turned on if you wish to receive notification via text SMS messaging.
